You can apply Dixie Belle Gemstone Mousse with a brush or your finger. It should dry to the touch within the hour and be fully cured in about 24 hours. It is self-sealing and does not need a top coat.
For best results, use on a porous surface. For a non-porous surface, use a base coat of something else such as a complementary coat of Dixie Belle Paint.
