We always support local and our honey is no different. This amazing honey is harvested locally on 14 acres in Canyon Lake. The frames are put in a centrifuge to spin the honey out of the frames. After that the honey goes through a double strainer and then bottled. The honey consistency and color is strictly governed by where my bees go to find nectar as well as how long they evaporate the honey before "capping" it in the hive.
